They are just floating around in the air, waiting to get picked up by a gust of wind, and brought to someone.
Is that someone you?
There is only one condition.
In order to gain opportunities and possibilities, you must be willing to put yourself out into the world.
To move forward, you have to take the first step.
So, I encourage you to take that last step to your hypothetical window and fling it open.
Stand there for a moment, and let the breezes blow a breath of fresh air onto your skin.
It's full of possibility.

Kathryn,
ReplyDeleteI found your blog via google. I just want to say thank you. I never thought i was one of those peopel who talks to themselves when reading or tears up when they hear a song they have never heard before- well both happened on your site. I was feeling really bad today. I got dumped by my boyfriend, I flunked an 80% quiz, and i broke a very important and special device. (No not my cell phone or anything like that.) But i just want to say thank you. You are a fantastic writer and poet if you like that word better. Thank you. For givng me something to tab so i can look at it whenever i am on the computer. My day now, i realised, "Is full of possibility." Thanks. : )
I just got your comment. Between the stress of the end of my senior year of high school and beginning my freshman year of college, I rarely blogged last year. And, I never saw your comment. I am so happy, though, that I was able to brighten your day! I am touched that my blogs had that much on an effect on someone, as well! I hope that your days since that one have been filled with possibility. :)
